✨September Consultant Spotlight is Ebone' Owens!✨

She has worked as an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant for a little over two years now. Ebone shared that a typical day for her as a consultant involves going to licensed centers and completing observations in a classroom to better assist childcare providers in developing a guidance plan when working with children who may struggle socially and emotionally. Ebone says what she enjoys most about being a consultant is that it allows you to build strong meaningful relationships and provide real assistance to people whether it be teachers, parents, or children.

Ebone's favorite quote that helps to keep her purpose at the forefront is "If a child can't learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn." -Ingnacio Estrada
