Become an Endorsed Reflexive Supervisor!
Add your RSC experiences to your current Endorsement and begin to provide qualifying hours!
Prerequisite:
Must be endorsed as a Family Specialist or a Mental Health Specialist prior to earning ERS*
*You may have two (2) active apps in EASy at the same time, i.e., you can be working on a FS or MHS app while applying for ERS, but you must earn FS or MHS Endorsement first.
Document:
- 15 hours of training specific to proving RSC
- 1 year of experience providing RSC to other professionals while receiving RSC about your provision.
- Two (2) references
Newer to providing? Don’t meet the requirements yet? Apply for the ERS-Emerging and take two years to start while developing skills and competencies as you go!
ERS professionals can provide qualifying hours of RSC to Family Specialists, Mental Health Specialists and other ERS endorsees and applicants. They can receive RSC from ERS and Mentor-Clinical endorsees.

If you are endorsed as a Family Reflexive Supervisor, you are automatically endorsed as Family Specialist-ERS! No action is needed on your end. Your association’s Endorsement Coordinator will send you additional information.
